Our website and embedded providers may also process IP addresses, device and browser details, page visits, video interactions and referral information through cookies or similar technologies. Please do not submit privileged case details, client records, payment-card data or other sensitive information through public forms.

2. How we use information

We do not sell or rent your mobile number or SMS consent for another business's marketing. We use providers to operate communications, CRM, booking, hosting and related business systems, with access limited to the functions they perform. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security or legal rights. These disclosures do not authorize third-party promotional use of SMS consent.

Mobile information and consent: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Embedded videos, calendars and communications tools may communicate with their providers when loaded. This policy covers Sunlight's own website, inquiries and messaging program. When a law firm hires us to configure systems that process its clients' information, the parties must separately define authorized processing, access, safeguards and responsibilities. The law firm's privacy notices and our service agreement govern that deployment; this website policy is not blanket authorization to access case information.

LinkedIn, Instagram and other external sites have independent policies. Following a social link does not enroll you in our SMS program.

10. Changes and contact

We may revise this policy as our services or obligations change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Changes to messaging purposes do not replace any fresh consent required for a new use.
